Heartwood has been in the woodwork and restoration industry since the early ninties, We have worked along side many good restorers over the years and have also worked with a member of BAFRA, British antique furniture restorers association. Over the years of training and after obtaining NCC, several skills were achieved in the finer points of restoration and surface finishing. Which included general restoration, making mouldings, fitting veneer, wood turning, wood carving, crossbanding, inlay, brasswork, leather top desks, french polishing, to name but a few. In the last few years our clients have been asking for our specially commissioned craft wood turned bowls, for gift ideas or to brighten someones day.
